(Swinton's Art Supplies) Levels: Advanced beginner to advanced Instructor: Marla Blackwell Mediums Welcome: Oil or Acrylic The most common question students ask me is “How can I loosen up my painting style?”  This is what this class is all about!  I will show you how to break down your reference into just a few large shapes and values.  Composing and planning begin in the sketchbook, and from there we go to the canvas. Once these shapes and values are sorted out, then we get to the painting, where smaller marks come into play!  And of course, what we all love…colour!  Join me in a fun and informative workshop.  Lots of demos and one-on-one time.
